Our mission is to help you achieve your fitness, body shaping, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and self defense Goals as fast and safe as possible. We have 4 methods to help you.

1. Challenge Physical gym, where you are trained personally by internationally certified Instructors.

2. Challenge Personal Trainer. An online method where a personal routine is written to suit your goals, equipment availability, limitations and time. Video demonstrations are available for you to follow to ensure proper form. 

3. Exercise programs. An online method where exercise programs are designed for specific goals. 

4. Cam to cam sessions. An online method where we meet on a cam to cam platform as an instructor leads a class.
