Routines are personally written for each individual and sent to your phone. You can do them at your convenience
You will do an assessment that helps us understand your cardiovascular and muscular fitness.
From there we will design a routine that suits you perfectly.
Each routine is 12 sessions long and is packed with demonstration videos for you to follow. After achieving results from your first routine, another assessment will be done to determine what exercises should be in your next routine.
