Cross the ankles and bend the knees

Contract the abdominals till the elbows touch the knees

Bicycle

Left elbow touches the right knee

Do it as fast as you can.

Jumping jacks

Do as many as you can

Fight! Make it straight!

Knee jumps

Do as many as you can

Fight! Do it the nest you can!

Hopping knees to elbow

Interchange, left elbow to right knee. 

Keep the rhythm. 

Burpees, push-ups

1 push-up, 1 jump

Do as many as you can. You heart will be racing.

Burpees, sit-up, push-ups

1 sit-up, 1 push-up, 1 jump
