Session 1

Perform each exercise for 2 minutes and take 1-minute rest between.

Mobility Warm-up

15 minutes long

It is important to perform mobility exercises and warm up to avoid injuries.

Abdominal / core

2min a round 1min rest. Record how many you do. If you need to rest during the round, 3 to 5 seconds.  Set Timer

Aerobic / Anaerobic

2min a round 1min rest.  If you need to rest during the round, 3 to 5 seconds.  Set Timer

Perform for 2 minutes. Set Timer

Resistance

3 sets of 10 reps. Super set
