Challenge:- Max time for mittens

Challenge will be from the 21st to the 25th of October 2019. Competitors can choose the day and time to compete.

Rules:- Challengers must have been paid members in the months of October and November 2019 or constant for a few months during the year to be eligible to compete. The competitor must also permit the sharing of videos and pictures of the competition in which the take part.

IMPORTANT

Make sure your hands don't fall while kicking. This is a challenge of form, strength, and condition.

Hold your hands up throughout the mitten drill. I will call the technique and once your hands fall under your chest, time will be called.

 

Tips:-

  • Warm-up before

  • As you get tired tighten muscles and breathe slowly.

  • When no techniques are being called extend your hands above your chest and shake them.

  • Tuck your elbows in your ribs and rest them there. 

 

Awards:- This competition will be fun and the winner will be awarded $100TT.

 

Finishing remarks:- Do your best, stay focused and fight hard. Your own muscles and your breathing are the opponents in this battle. Luck has no place in hard work!
